DRIVING PLATE

Using the Emeca driving plates improves the quality of the piling work, makes driving of the piles easier, and protects the locking parts of the joint. The driving plate is  fastened to the joint with locking cotters that prevent them from coming loose. The material of the driving plate is either Al-Si or Nylon.

LOCKING PINS

Emeca locking pins ensure that the joints are locked properly. Pile sections are joined together by hammering locking pins to locks of the pile joint. This
provides simple and easily lockable joint which reliably transfers all normal forces and moment forces from pile section to another. When hammering the locking pins, it’s important to wear proper protective equipment and be careful not to damage the pile.

Alternately locking pins can be pressed in with a pressing tool manufactured by Emeca.
